Through my decade of working with children and training in Compassionate Inquiry, I've seen how deeply our early experiences shape who we are today. By understanding these patterns with compassion, we can identify what we truly need to thrive - not to dwell in the past, but to move forward with greater awareness and connection. I create a safe space where you can explore these insights and transform how you show up in all your relationships and life experiences.
Somatic & Mindful Approach
With a Biomedical Science background and yoga certification, I guide you to connect your body and mind in practical, meaningful ways. Our bodies hold deep wisdom and an innate capacity for inner peace. Through gentle movement and mindful awareness, I help you access the stillness that already exists within. My approach helps you reduce stress, understand your body's cues, and stay present, allowing you to show up with greater balance and harmony in all your relationships and experiences.
How I Work
It all begins with an intention. Maybe you want to explore why you have been lashing out at your kids. Maybe you want the panic attacks to stop. Or maybe you want to connect deeper with yourself.
Your intention is the starting point where we explore your emotions and your beliefs about what you are experiencing. The work together will be at times confronting. It is the nature of growth. You will be ok.
My work as a therapist is deeply grounded in offering an experience that allows you to feel empowered and safe. I have a particular interest in helping mothers connect with themselves and their children.
